At SUL4R-PLUS, our job is to make farming a little easier and a lot more rewarding. We do that with our patented SUL4R-PLUS fertilizer and by keeping our values at the heart of every decision. Our priority is you, the farmer who depends on us to achieve higher yields. With you in mind, we supply fertilizer with easy-to-use nutrients which are delivered where plants need it, when they need it.

We develop innovative products for the agricultural market. SUL4R-PLUS® is a patented calcium sulfate based dry fertilizer engineered to enhance yield for a variety of crops. Manufactured to highest quality standards, SUL4R-PLUS is uniform in size and density, as well as dust-free, putting you in control of the application process. It’s also low salt and contains fulvic acid to improve soil and plant health.

Our Team

Terry Gill, President/CEO

[MI, FL, AL, GA, Caribbean, Canada, International]

Terry is an Operating Partner at CEP Holding, Inc., the parent company of SUL4R-PLUS.  He is the President/CEO of SUL4R-PLUS and serves on the company’s Board of Managers. Terry also serves as the President of Unity Aluminum Inc., which along with their joint venture partner, Steel Dynamics, Inc., is building America’s newest aluminum rolling mill in Columbus, MS.  Prior to joining CEP Holdings, he served as the Secretary of Commerce and Economic Development for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  Terry holds a BBA degree in Marketing with a Minor in Economics from the University of Kentucky.


Greg Larkin, Chief Financial Officer

Greg joined the SUL4R-PLUS team in September 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. He has 25 years of experience in progressive accounting and finance roles, most recently at Kentucky Trailer. His skillsets include financial reporting, performance analysis, M&A, working capital management, budget development, business forecasting, team building and process improvements. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Western Kentucky University in 1999 and has been a licensed CPA in Kentucky since 2000.


Greg Parris, Chief Operating Officer

Greg Parris joined the SUL4R-PLUS team in September 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 40 years of experience managing teams to drive productivity and safety processing for both continuous and batch processes. He began his career with Ralston Purina in 1981 as a project engineer. He also worked for DuPont and Reynolds, providing leadership in safety, regulatory management, purchasing, engineering, research and development, quality assurance and quality control, computer integrated manufacturing and maintenance. Greg also has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Louisville.


Charles W. Price, Executive Vice President

Charles is the Executive Vice President of SUL4R-PLUS and serves on the company’s Board of Managers.  With an extensive background in leadership and management, Charles is a visionary executive and with a track record in driving growth and operational excellence. Throughout his career in multiple organizations, Charles’ focus has been on corporate finance, operations, and project management. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Asbury University and earned his MBA from the University of Louisville.  


Allen Taylor, Sales Manager

[TX, LA, AR, MS, ND, SD, MT, ID, OR, WA, CA, AZ]

Allen joined the team in early 2016 with a diverse background in agriculture including experience in the vegetable seed, crop protection, crop nutrition, and specialty product industries. He has held positions across the US working directly in the tree fruit and nut, vegetable, citrus, and row crop markets. Based in Johnson City, Texas, Allen is responsible for sales and market development for SUL4R-PLUS products. His territory range encumbers most of the U.S. west of the Mississippi River, as noted above.


Noah Binkley, Sales Manager

[IL, MO, WI, MN, IA]

Noah Binkley joined the SUL4R-PLUS, LLC team on July 28, 2021, as Sales Manager. In this role, Noah is responsible for SUL4R-PLUS sales in IL, WI, MN, IA, and MO (except the bootheel). Noah has over 14 years’ experience, including sales of fertilizer products throughout the Midwest for ADM and Gavilon. He also has logistics management experience with Old Dominion Freight Line and Averitt Express. Noah earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from Murray State University in 2007. Noah, his wife Erin, and their 2 young sons live in Newburgh, IN. SUL4R-PLUS is delighted to have Noah join our team in getting to the root of higher yields.


Westin Rink, Sales Manager

[MI, IN, OH, KY, TN]

Westin Rink joined the team as a Sales Manager in 2020 bringing over 15 years of agricultural experience. Prior to joining SUL4R-PLUS, Westin worked in research for Controlled Pharming Ventures; agricultural retail for Premier Ag, and was District Sales Manager for Winfield United. Based in Southern Indiana, Westin will serve our Ohio Valley region, which includes Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Tennessee. Westin earned his B.S. degree in Soil and Crop Science from Purdue University and is also a Certified Crop Advisor.


Joshua Turner, Manager of Operations

Joshua joined the SUL4R-PLUS team in 2013 with a background in agriculture and industrial maintenance. He has 22 years’ experience in the maintenance, project management, operations, and procurement functions of various plants. He is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing and distribution of SUL4R-PLUS fertilizer products. He has held positions at John Deere, Waupaca, International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, and Hall Contracting. Josh grew up on a small family farm and is passionate about delivering responsible, quality, agricultural products in a safe and timely manner.


Nick Rhea, Maintenance and QA/QC Engineer

Nick Rhea has been part of the SUL4R-PLUS family since 2013 as a QC Engineer, and was quickly recruited to lead QA/QC for SUL4R-PLUS fertilizer products. He currently works as Maintenance Coordinator with SUL4R-PLUS, LLC. Before joining the team, Nick earned both a B.S. and M.S. degree in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Kentucky. While attending college, he worked at the Center for Applied Energy Research on the Algae project. Nick grew up on a family farm in Franklin, KY and leverages his experience in both agriculture and energy to enrich our team.


Karen Richardson, Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Karen joined the SUL4R-PLUS team in December 2019 as an Executive Assistant with over 25 years’ experience. Most recently, Karen worked for Almost Family, Inc. as Executive Assistant to the CEO and VP of Administration, where she was responsible for organizing meetings, event planning and office management. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from Indiana University. In her spare time, Karen is a volunteer pianist for senior care facilities throughout the Kentuckiana area.
